VOLLER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN is a chartered architectural practice based in Milford, Surrey, serving towns and villages across Surrey and Hampshire, including Guildford, Godalming, Farnham, Alton, Winchester, Petersfield, Liphook, New Alresford and Haslemere.
We provide a friendly, professional and fully comprehensive design service tailored to each client. Our work spans all aspects of architectural design, from small domestic extensions and alterations to bespoke new-build homes and small-scale residential developments.
Every project is delivered to the highest standards, with a focus on quality, attention to detail and value. We use advanced 3D modelling with Graphisoft Archicad, allowing clients to fully explore and understand their designs. We work closely with our clients, listening to their ideas and requirements and aim to find solutions that are individual, affordable and practical. The practice has good working relationships with various consultants such as structural engineers, arboriculturalists, ecologists, as well as local builders, whom we can recommend to any client.
Upon instruction, clients agree to the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists 'Conditions of Engagement' which set out the understanding and expectations between VA and client.

JAMES VOLLER MCIAT (Director)
James is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with 40 years experience in architecture. Having worked at numerous large and well known practices in nearby Guildford, Hartley Wintney and Winchester, he has gained a wealth of experience in all sizes, styles and stages of a project. Recent experience was predominantly in classical and traditional architecture in relation to high end residential dwellings and urban planning. Voller Architectural Design was established in late 2012 as a specialised traditional architectural practice for all scales of building project.
