VOLLER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN is a chartered architectural practice based in Alton, Hampshire which also serves the nearby towns and surrounding villages of Farnham, Petersfield, Liphook, New Alresford and Haslemere in Hampshire and Surrey, providing a friendly and committed, comprehensive design service to all of our clients. We take on all aspects of architectural work from small domestic extension and alteration projects, through to new build residential homes, to land development. All work is carried out to the highest possible standards, at competitive prices, with projects modelled in 3D Graphisoft ArchiCAD, enabling clients to move through the proposed building and visualise the spaces using a free download BIMx app on any Apple or Android device. We work closely with our clients, listening to their ideas and requirements and aim to find solutions that are individual, affordable and practical. The practice has good working relationships with various consultants such as structural engineers, arboriculturalists, ecologists, as well as local builders, whom we can recommend to any client.
Upon instruction, clients agree to the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists 'Conditions of Engagement' which set out the understanding and expectations between VA and client.

JAMES VOLLER MCIAT (Director)
James is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 30 years experience in architecture. Having worked at numerous large and well known practices in nearby Guildford, Hartley Wintney and Winchester, he has gained a wealth of experience in all sizes, styles and stages of a project. Recent experience was predominantly in classical and traditional architecture in relation to high end residential dwellings and urban planning. Voller Architectural Design was established in late 2012 as a specialised traditional architectural practice for all scales of building project.
