Land

VOLLER URBAN DESIGN deals specifically with planning applications for small to medium sized residential development.

Incorporated Limited Company: 8664683

We would be very interested to hear from land owners who believe they own land that could be developed in the future, including infill residential sites, garden land, brownfield land, and greenfield sites located close to the settlement policy boundary.

Voller Urban Design enters into long-term joint ventures with land owners to promote their land for future residential development, ultimately seeking the grant of suitable planning permission that will considerably uplift the value of their land when sold to a builder / developer. The costs and risk involved in submitting major development planning applications can be very high, however, Voller Urban Design will front all of the risk, at no cost to the client, and design the residential scheme whilst also financing and organising all necessary consultants studies / reports and co-ordinating the information into the application. All aspects are managed from early promotion into the settlement boundary, to the planning applications themselves and any necessary appeal(s). Every project is subject to an initial VU risk assessment prior to entering into any JV.

Projects include:

  • Land between 60-86 Wilsom Road, Alton, Hampshire. (Outline Planning granted for 9 new dwellings in March 2020)

  • Land in Boyneswood Lane, South Medstead, Hampshire. (Full Planning for two dwellings granted in October 2018)

  • Land in Kingsley, Hampshire (currently seeking inclusion in EHDCs current Land Availability Assessment)

  • Land in Beech, Hampshire (currently seeking inclusion in EHDCs current Land Availability Assessment)
