VOLLER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN offer a free non-obligatory consultation on site to discuss your ideas and requirements in detail. At the meeting we will give you advice on planning, permitted development rights, building regulations, design principles and answer any questions you may have.

 

We will then follow up with a written fixed fee proposal which will clarify our understanding of your requirements (the brief) and identify the anticipated work stages that would be applicable to your project.  

 

Upon your agreement and instruction, we will undertake a full measured survey of your existing house from which we produce a 3D ArchiCAD model. The model is then used to inform the design of the new layout and extension, aided with full 3D view of the proposals inside and out.

 

Clients are issued a Graphisoft BIMx file of the proposals which can be viewed in 3D on a free app which can be downloaded on any Android or Apple device See Graphisoft BIMx website. Once the design has been refined and the client is happy to proceed with the application, then the 2D drawings are produced from the model and the application is submitted to the Local Authority.
